It provides not only 1990 US, census information but also a variety of data from private research organizations.;"Statistical Record of Asian Americans" is arranged in 11 chapters covering such topics as population, immigration, business and economy, domestic life and employment.;Each chapter presents information about Asian Americans or Canadians in aggregate, then breaks down data by subgroup, and finally by nationality.;SRAA contains three tables of contents: a summary listing of chapter titles; an expanded listing with chapter subheads and table headings and reference numbers; and a listing by nationality group, also distinguishing between American and Canadian. Also included is a subject and nationality index that covers geographic locations. The annotated bibliography lists a selection of general books as well as sources specific to each nationality.
