In the near future, the greenhouse effect has plunged the world into recession, and the unscrupulous Stark Corporation is making as much money as it can from the crisis. CD (Elton) is a useless ecological protester, who finds himself caught up in a global conspiracy involving a tract of land in Australia, several massive containers of toxic waste, and the mysterious and beautiful Rachel (Jacqueline McKenzie).
