Publisher's Synopsis
This study concerning gas lift wells has been undertaken on behalf of the OSD well operations group by IDM Engineering Ltd. The study evaluates a generic horizontal spool tree and wellhead system by applying a Failure Mode and Effect Criticality Analysis (FMECA). The credible failure modes were identified assuming normal operating conditions. No consideration has been made regarding equipment installation, modification, workover, abandonment or non-normal operating conditions.
