Part of the "Spirale" course, this video has been designed to support the language learned in "Spirale 1", and is fully integrated with the course. The video consists of seven programmes - each compatible with selected groups of modules form the "Livre de L'eleve", and carefully structured for easy exploitation. The main aim of the programmes is to present language in contexts in which it can be readily understood and then exploited by completing the suggested activities. Teacher guidance is given through accompanying teacher's notes - including exploitation guidelines, transcripts and photocopiable worksheets (vide-fiches). Key features for pupil involvement: each programme contains sequences requiring pupil responses, either during the viewing or as follow-up activities.
