Focuses on the personal and interpersonal aspects of language learning. The materials themselves broaden the personal and cross-curricular horizons of the learners, and maintain a balance between transactional, expressive and imaginative learning. "Spirale" is a five-part French course suitable for the 11-16 age bracket and for a wide range of abilities. It is especially tailored to meet the requirements of pupils preparing for GCSE under the National Curriculum and to support pupils working towards Standard Grade in Scotland.
