Publisher's Synopsis
Accompanying a set of materials which comprise a graduated phonics resource, these Language Master cards are supplies with the master track unrecorded. The master recording is done by the teacher to provide a familiar voice and appropriate regional accent.;Using the teacher track, the teacher records the word, phrase or sentence on the card. The pupil plays the card through the Language Master unit and listens to the teacher's recording, reads the words on the card and studies the illustration, and records the words on the student track. He or she then compares the two recordings, and the process of listening, reading, comparing and correcting can be repeated as many times as necessary. Alternatively, the pupil can record on the student track first, and listen to the teacher track afterwards.
