Publisher's Synopsis
Oftentimes, we are in a search for answers. In life we find ourselves questioning ourselves whether we are in the right place. Day after day, I soul search through meditation. I go from my busy workplace, from sound to silence, from movement to stillness, from a limited identity to unlimited space. Then after I find my answers for the day, I use my paint brush to paint my art, capture my thoughts, and then I write about them. Soul searching is good for the soul, and it helps release our feelings that we often keep locked up so deeply. It is when I am quiet, I begin to reflect because my soul usually knows what to do to heal itself. The challenge is to silence the mind.
A menudo, estamos en una búsqueda de respuestas. En la vida nos encontramos cuestionándonos si estamos en el lugar correcto. Día tras día, busco mi alma a través de la meditación. Paso de mi ajetreado lugar de trabajo, del sonido al silencio, del movimiento a la quietud, de una identidad limitada a un espacio ilimitado. Luego, después de encontrar mis respuestas del día, uso mi pincel para pintar mi arte, capturar mis pensamientos y luego escribo sobre ellos. El examen de conciencia es bueno para el alma, y ayuda a liberar nuestros sentimientos que muchas veces mantenemos encerrados tan profundamente. Es cuando estoy en silencio, empiezo a reflexionar porque mi alma suele saber qué hacer para curarse. El desafío es silenciar la mente.
