Publisher's Synopsis
In this deligthful story, Sophie and her doll Scarlett decided to bake a cake. They are watched throughout by Sophie's bemused puppy. Aside from all the usual ingredients that go into a cake, Scarlett wants Sophie to add some peanut butter, vegemite and crayons. The result is nothing short of astounding! When the cake is ready to be eaten, Sophie cuts a portion for herself and a portion for Scarlett. Sophie is less than impressed by her first baking efforts, but Scarlett thinks it's delicious.
