Bookseller Notes

The dialogue of 'Cape St. Vincent', which is a revised version of 'The glorious first of June', is by Richard Brinsley Sheridan and James Cobb; many of the songs are by the Duke of Leeds, Lord Mulgrave, Mrs. Robinson, etc. (Nicoll). Printed on a better paper than one might expect. The last printed page (verso blank) reads simply: Finale. Rule Britannia, Songs and Chorus: printing the words would obviously have been superfluous.ESTC records just Bodley and Huntington.
