My hope is that this book will help any individual decide if they want to consider a job as a Real Estate Broker. And it is a REAL job, and you have to treat it like one. In my opinion the experience can be a wonderful one.
The reason I have written this book is that I had so many people ask me how to get into Real Estate and be successful and raise a good family.
This book is a compilation of advice learned throughout my experience peppered with an occasional funny and / or disappointing story to illustrate the "what not to do's" and the "what to do's."
My book proves that no matter what your background, you can have it all. You can have children and a career, but it will cost you some weekends and evenings.
