Chuck from Key-O-Cock, Iowa, drives into hot South Beach in an old rusted truck, thinking he is in heaven. Soon he falls in love with a beautiful Cuban girl from a wealthy family. Marisol introduces him to a taste for money and drugs. When he moves into her luxury high rise, he is accepted by a group of spoiled rich kids-much to his peril. Life is rosy for a while. But the woman of his dreams wants more money than the $25,000 a month her father can offer and convinces Chuck to start running drugs. Before long he is jet skiing from Miami to Bimini off the Florida coast, picking up millions of dollars of drugs every week. Chuck loves the money and the excitement but has no idea of the high price he and his lovers will have to pay as they evade not only the law but greedy drug lords with a thirst for money, power and blood.
