Friendship! Authors Cheryl Chapman and Josef Mahlmeister began their friendship and collaborations at a book fair in Cologne in 2001. Since than they have visited each other´s classes, befriended other teachers and their students in Cologne and Chicagoland, and helped many penpals to find each other! Their motto is: "International fun through poetry and stories!" ABOUT THE BOOK: Penpals and their teachers worldwide will be inspired by these fanciful poems to share their own daily lives.
