Stuart A. Staples is the front-man with English band Tindersticks. 2013 marks the 20th anniversary of the band. Stuart wrote about 150 songs during that period; he does not work with written words, his songs are formed and exist in his head only, the lyrics have never been written down. Now, for the first time, the lyrics to the best of his songs are to be published in this book. Stuart himself has typed the texts on an old typewriter. On the page opposite each song is a painting by British artist Suzanne Osborne.
