This book, Simplified Kundalini Yoga (SKY): A Remedy for Coping with Stress (2nd edition), is a reflection on the teachings of Yogiraj Vethathiri Maharishi (1911-2006), a philosopher saint from South India who designed the system of Simplified Kundalini Yoga (SKY) and propagated it through the World Community Service Centre around the world. The duo's, father and son authors of this book, one a physicist and the other a public health physician/educator, share their reflections on this system of practice.
