This volume collects the papers presented at the second Asia-Europe seminar on custom procedures. The seminar papers are the result of investigations into better facilitating financial and social policy reforms, negotiating issues related to the World Trade Organization, and simplifying customs practices. One hundred and fifty government officials and representatives from business and international organizations participated in the seminar, engaging in productive dialogue and strengthening a growing relationship.
