Publisher's Synopsis
As a vengeful scientist threatens to take over the government, chaos ensues in the country. With a stolen formula, the mad scientist who is known simply as "the Professor" manipulates hospitals and power stations, and presents a silent threat to security. At the same time a number of paintings are stolen. By whom? Rudy and Diana Stouthart are instructed to expose the unscrupulous scholar and discover the thief. They must throw all their creativity in the fight to bring the difficult task to a successful conclusion. However, they cannot prevent a great threat to the Prime Minister and his cabinet.
