Zersetzung is a process used by the secret services and other institutions to destroy individuals by attacking their minds and lives. It was developed by Soviet Union and elaborated by the East German State where it was taught to university level; it is now in use by the FSB, the Russian secret service. Material leaked by Edward Snowden proves that it is known to GCHQ. It happened to me in the UK. I survived. It could happen to anyone. Silence & Surveillance is my story.
