SHELTER by actor-writer Marissa Chibas is a powerful story of those who cross borders and those who try to find a way to make their dreams come true. SHELTER is a CalArts Center for New Performance/Duende CalArts production. The production had a workshop performance at CARECEN LA then premiered in April of 2016 at Lincoln Park and was presented at the Kennedy Center for Millennium Stages in June 2016.
