This book has come from the trials and errors of modifying many recipes so those that cannot have eggs, corn, onions or the derivatives (onion powder, high fructose corn syrup, corn starch, etc.) can still have some of the same foods that everyone loves. Allergies and Intolerances to these items can extremely limit the foods that are safe to eat. By finding other ways to make some of the best BBQ Sauce, Ketchup, Taco Seasoning, Ranch Mix, Pancakes, Lasagna, Chili, and many other flavorful foods and components without these irritable ingredients; everyone can enjoy a meal together without separate menus. Lisa began the process of publishing this cookbook after she had compiled a three ring binder for herself in her kitchen. After much encouragement from family and friends having overcome the obstacles that stood in her way she decided to share the accomplishments with others that may be struggling along with her.
