Publisher's Synopsis
Senja is the first book in a series of the same name. The setting is the dwarf planet Ceres, the largest object in the asteroid belt. Ceres is 145 to 370 million miles from Earth, depending on where the two celestial bodies are in their orbits. The time is early in the twenty-second century. The routines of the employees of the mining colony on Ceres are forever altered when a strange metallic object is accidentally discovered deep in a mine in the base of Ahuna Mons, the huge mountain that dominates the landscape of the dwarf planet. But this won't be the last strange and exotic discovery our characters make... far from it.
