A healthy self-esteem is to know that we are lovable, worthy, and capable and of course: capable of facing the challenges in life. This path from low self-esteem, from emotional pain to a healthy self-esteem has been my journey for the past twenty years. Even after writing several previous books I am still aware of the deepest truth that I have yet to share.
