This book is designed to assist students enrolled in a course on secured transactions by helping them learn the course material, prepare for exams, and assess their own understanding. The book contains eight chapters, organized by subject and presented in the order in which they are covered in most course books on secured transactions. Each of the first seven chapters begins with a brief outline of the material it covers, followed by 25 multiple-choice questions. The eighth chapter is cumulative and also contains 25 multiple-choice questions. A detailed analysis of each question identifies the best answer, explains why it is the best, and explains why the other answers are not better. This detailed analysis allows students to sharpen their skills and deepen their understanding of secured transactions. The book has been updated to reflect the changes made by the 2022 Amendments to the Uniform Commercial Code.
