With a devastating past lingering in her mind, Anna runs away from home to escape the memories and reality that haunts her. Although a fresh start seems to be exactly what she needs, shortly after she arrives, Anna quickly realizes that her problems have just begun. The events that are about to unfold, will flip her entire world upside down and cause her doubt even her own sanity. Torn away from everything she knows, Anna finds herself mercilessly thrown onto a strange planet with unknown dangers lurking around every corner. With the ominous feeling of impending doom constantly on her mind, she must fight for her survival and make her way to the other side of this unpredictable planet, in search of a way back to Earth. Anna stumbles across numerous otherworldly beings and quickly learns that most of these creatures want nothing more than to see her die. To differentiate friend from foe is seemingly impossible, when placed in a world where both appear the same. Though this hard and confusing time Anna finds everything she thought to be true crumbling away, while lessons of love, loss, and betrayal occur in her life relentlessly. Through this journey, Anna not only has to face the unpredictable present and the future, but also has to sort through her tormented past. With memories and visions haunting her when she sleeps, this world shows her the very things she tried to run away from. On doing this she learns the hardest of lessons and in turn, creates unbreakable bonds with the most unlikely of beasts. Little does Anna realize, that she was not cast onto this planet by accident, but for a purpose. If she fulfills this purpose, she will destroy everything she loves.
