Seasons of Yourself is a poetry coloring book for adults. Coloring does not need to be reserved for children. Anyone who colors is likely to walk away calmer and sharper because of the way the brain has to work in the coloring process. The poems and drawings in the book are about cherishing the wide range of emotions that come with the experience of life.
