This supplement issue features a selection of papers presented at the 5th Scheimpflug Club Meeting, which focused on the results of international scientific work dealing with the clinical and experimental application of Scheimpflug photography. The papers reflect the variety of applications of the method as well as its further technical development. They also show the importance of Scheimpflug photography in clinical and experimental research as well as its use in routine clinical application.
