Young Karner Blue butterfly "KB" wakes up from a nightmare that all of the other Karner Blues are gone. Mama explains the story of how the Karner Blue species became endangered and how they were restored with the help of adults and children alike. Mama also tells KB what other species live in the Pine Barrens where they reside, and what people can do to help restore their species.
