Publisher's Synopsis
A parody picture book of [John Patrick Norman Mchennessy the Boy who was Always Late] written by a Korean author Lee Ru Ri and illustrated by a Portuguese artist Joo Vaz de Carvalho. Sam is a teacher. He leaves home for work in time, but he is always behind time encountering unexpected happenings on the way. The students say, "Teacher, you are late again!" Sam tries to explain, but the students don't believe it.
