Publisher's Synopsis

Saigon -- Not everyone is innocent of what they're accused of - at least not in total. Daewoo, a not-so-innocently-accused, is caught in the web of shysters, and is forced to partake in a tailspin of murder, mafia, and mayhem. Not only does he become hunted by local officials for a double-homicide he didn't commit, but the F.B.I. joins the hunt when a prominent politician and his bodyguards, one an F.B.I. mole, are found slain and the mafia's finger points in Dawoo's direction. Desperate, Daewoo must play his greatest con ever to avoid the high stakes of Pennsylvania's death penalty.

Detective, Ryan Page, a South Philly native, is summoned to lead the murder investigation. While time is ticking, Detective Page tries to not be hindered by his past friendship with the victims' son - as well as a fringed marriage, so when patrol officers discover the body of a near-dead female, Ryan believes that she is the key to identifying the murder suspect. Ryan hopes lie in whether she recovers.

Stoney Hightower, the murder victims' son, is released from prison and has plans to join in on the hunt for the parents' murderer. In time, Stoney finds himself not only knowing who the murderers are but finds himself folded in a hijacking and finds his very own existence threatened.

Frank "The Fingers" Russo, a slippery mob boss, recruits Daewoo into his lucrative drug trafficking scheme. He introduces Daewoo to two Chicago mobsters needing help to collect a gambling debt from one of Frank's prominent customers: a tainted councilman, who later turns up dead along with bodyguards and a federal mole.
