Jenny was having an affair with Daren, the owner of The Ranch Casino when she died. Jenny's ghost returns and begins to live vicariously through Susan.

Susan divorced Blaine months ago, but he's relentless. Blaine stalks Susan and becomes a monster on a rampage. When Susan faces an identity crisis and returns to her house in the country during a blizzard, Blaine lies in wait. Her mind is reeling when Blaine tries to convince her that he is innocent and that Jenny's death wasn't an accident. He tells Susan that Derrick murdered Jenny and that the cause of Jenny's death was cyanide-untraceable, and issued to Derrick by the government.
