"Route Nationale" is a differentiated and integrated approach to teaching and learning French for National Curriculum Key Stages 3 and 4 and the Standard Grade examinations. It provides continuity and progression from stages 1, 2 and 3. Alternatively, stage 4 can be used as a self-contained course for Key Stage 4, providing full coverage of the areas of experience and the programmes of study. The core material ranges from Levels of Attainment 1-5, with the differentiated material providing a wealth of opportunities up to and including Level 10.;This teacher's resource file contains suggestions for differentiated approaches to the majority of the core material, allowing for greater flexibility of approach. This includes a variety of support for helping students to handle longer texts, and copymasters providing reading material from the students' books in alternative formats. Stage 3 of the series continues to provide core material for all students, plus a wealth of extension material at three levels of difficulty.
