Italian contemporary artist Roberto Ferri began studying painting on his own in the late 1990s, before moving to Rome in 1999 where he intensified his study. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in 2006. Ferri's work is deeply inspired by the old masters of the Baroque, Romanticism, and Academism and by Caravaggio in particular. This volume brings together 36 of the artist's latest works - 24 paintings, and 12 drawings and preparatory sketches.
