The rhymes are gathered into four sections: knee-jogging rhymes;, bouncing and dancing rhymes; patting and clapping rhymes; and lullabies and rocking rhymes - and there are introductory notes for parents at the beginning of each section. The accompanying CD, neatly packaged within the back cover flap, includes a musical arrangement for every rhyme, either based on the familiar tune or specially composed.
