She is condemning of those that merit her contempt, however in any event, when she didn't agree with individuals, she didn't destroy them. Michelle says becoming isn't tied in with showing up some place or accomplishing a specific point. Rather she sees it as a forward movement, a method for advancing, an approach to reach consistently toward a superior self.
