In the Bible, Jesus is referred to as the Living Word of God. When you open up your Bible and begin to study what it says, Jesus Himself begins to talk through it. The Word of God is living; it gives life to our spirit. In this Participant Guide start each day by beginning your time with Bible study so you can feed your spirit and mind. After your Bible study time, you will spend some time journaling about your day, what you're feeling, what you're thinking about and what's bothering you. Also included in your participant guide is a overview worksheet and any additional information used for the weekly lesson. The overview will guide you through the lesson as your teacher elaborates on the information.
