The analysis is drawn by gathering and observing commonalities and differences between these two reputed institutes to investigate relevant key attributes. To help organizing our literature review; evaluation of previous researches' findings, project group meetings' discussions and collected feedbacks; examination of personal observations and experienced multicultural linkages; we have developed a logical framework matrix and conceptual partnership-collaboration model to provide relationships of identified attributes for inter & intra institutional partnership and international collaboration. This study will serve as a foundation for future research(s) in similar areas of explorations in the Middle East paving new paths of institutional collaboration and research partnerships with the Australian universities.
