Mr. Justice Bosanquet in Michaelmas Vacation last rc signed his seat in the Court of Common Pleas.

In the following Hilary Term he was succeeded by Cresswell Cresswell, of the Inner Temple, Esquire, Queen's Counsel, who was made Serjeant at Law, and gave rings, with the motto Leges jnraqne, and was shortly after wards knighted.
