Excerpt from Reports of Cases Adjudged in the Court of Chancery of New York, Vol. 3: Containing the Cases From October, 1817, to December, 1818, Inclusive
Where the fund was clear, and the rights of the respective parties as certained, the Court directed, pending the account, a part of the mon eys to be paid to the solicitor of infant plaintiffs, towards further de fraying the past and future expenses of the suit, and the interest. On the residue of the portion coming to such infants, to be paid, as it accrued, to their mother, for their necessary maintenance and edu cation.
