God created Adam. God created Eve. Eve followed Satan. Adam followed Eve. This is the beginning of marriage, and it has been downhill since. This book looks at covenants and contracts to get a better understanding of marriage. God did not permit divorce in the beginning. He designed marriages to be for life. Moses, however, allowed a man to put away his unfaithful wife because of the hardness of his heart. Men abused this allowance and put away their wife for any reason. Jesus tried to correct the application; however, believers are divorcing for any reason once again. I hope this book clears up the confusion. - Michael
