Melvin "Parlay" Anderson's back in the gun trafficking game, makin' power moves up the "Iron Pipeline" with his cousin Vick. They're getting money again, just like the good ol' days. But then, some unexpected visitor shows up at Melvin' mother's house looking for him. Could this mean trouble?
Back in Miami, Melvin has got his main lady Traci, but also a side chick. Tisha is so crazy about him she's buying him all types of expensive gifts, but the source of her money could lead to Melvin's death when he's hunted by a RELENTLESS GOON.
Meanwhile, Melvin is also caught in the middle of a vicious bridge and cold blooded politics and there's only one way out. When the stakes reach the highest level and the only way out is gunplay, will Melvin be up to the task? Or will meet a tragic end?
