It describes what could be the causes that lead the subject to repeat the crime against sexual integrity, from multiple perspectives: a subjective, psychoanalytic and individual perspective, studying the possible psychic structure of the subject; a socio-cultural perspective, taking into account a gender perspective, in which the social mandates of masculinity are studied; and, finally, an institutional view, analyzing the institutions of confinement and what effects it can produce on subjectivity.
