Hegel's "Grundlinien der Philosophie des Rechts" were first published in October 1820 as a guide for the listeners of his lectures. 200 years later, it can be asked in which directions this guide led its readers. The present volume asks to what extent is a philosophy of law according to Hegel - in the double sense of post and secundum - still possible at present - or even necessary?
