"Reading 2000" provides a range of materials designed to meet the language development needs of pupils in the seven to 11 age group. It is organized on five levels and comprises Core Readers/Discussion Books, Teacher's Guides, Spiritmaster Worksheets and Book Study Guides as well as Topic Readers.;This pack contains one copy of each of the ten Topic Readers (two for each level) which explore further a topic from the Core Reader. They are designed to provide practice in functional reading, reference and reporting/recording techniques. They give opportunities for independent and group work and contain questions to guide the students' research and suggestions for the organization and presentation of the information gathered.
