Excerpt from Rates of Public Utilities in Wisconsin, Vol. 1: Electric Rates; A Compilation of Rates in Force November 10, 1916
The schedules as set forth in this publication have been compiled from the lawful rate schedules filed with the Commission. It will be noted that the rates are classified as Commercial Lighting, Commercial Power, and Street Lighting. Of the rules and regulations, only those which directly affect the charges paid by the consumers have been ln cluded. They relate to the practice of the utility in connecting con sumer's premises with the line, prompt payment discounts, penalties for delinquent'payments, charges for reconnecting the same consumer on the same premises, and the ownership of meters.
