It will hamper the democratic nature of this country.When any constitution is not up to the mark, it should be abolished. See in PAKISTAN, they abolished constitution when PAKISTAN found that it is not up to the mark. In INDIA also, time has come if such injustice occur where there is no justice after injustice. Any democratic country must be capable enough to produce justice. Time bound justice mechanism must be introduced in INDIA so that such twenty years of unprofessional analysis will not took place especially in CASTE and COMMUNITY cases. Remove the 'SOUTH' from 'SOUTH INDIAN' and behave like an 'INDIAN'.
