This is the story of a special reindeer named Randolph, who, though born with limitations, just might help Santa save Christmas. Throughout all the years and all the Christmases that have ever been, Santa Claus has had problems that he had to solve in order to deliver toys. He has faced blinding snowstorms, getting toys finished on time, too-tight chimneys, feeling sick because he ate too many cookies, learning new addresses for people who moved, and so many other problems that are just too many to mention. Santa always comes, but this year could be different.
