An Evil Witch's curse tears away the clouds above the Three Kingdoms and the only person who knows the secret to stopping her can't do it alone. Eight Royal Children must go on a quest to find the answer that will bring water to their lands. But the quest turns out to be more than they expect. Along the way, they find a Great Magician and a Red Dragon, some Merpeople, and a Giant Clam who holds the key to defeat the Evil Witch, They will discover their courage and their strength, how smart they are, and the loyalty of family, all for the sake of RAIN. This little story is a folk tale that answers why rain is so rare in central California.
