This volume explains to providers of information systems how they can conform to the requirements of the international quality standard ISO 9001 on projects that use PRINCE and SSADM, thereby improving their own quality management. It will also help customers in the appraisal of their IS suppliers' quality systems. The volume describes which requirements of ISO 9001 are met by the use of PRINCE and SSADM and the additional measures required to satisfy those requirements in projects which use SSADM and are managed under PRINCE.
