The secretary read a summary of the records of the last quarterly meeting and of six subsequent meetings.
The librarian read his annual report, which was received and referred to the publication committee.
The secretary read a letter from the secretary of the Gas pee Chapter of the Society of the Daughters Of the Amer ican Revolution, requesting permission for the said society to keep in the cabinet a suitable receptacle for its records and to hold its meetings statedly in the cabinet. The request was granted, and the business connected therewith was referred to the library committee.
