Volleyball A-Trainerlehrgangs in Koln an der DSHS, Abstract: Zum Einstieg in die Thematik wird der Begriff der Psychoregulation erklart. Da die Entwicklung psychologischer Trainingsformen in den letzten 30 Jahren sehr rasant zugenommen und sich dabei eine groe terminologische Vielfalt entwickelt hat, ist es schwer eine systematische Orientierung, oder gar eine einheitliche Theorie des psychologischen Trainings zu finden. Die Arbeit versucht deshalb besonders die Unterscheidung zwischen den Methoden zur Verbesserung der Selbstkontrolle, sowie den Methoden zur Verbesserung der Technik herauszustellen, um anschlieend die Moglichkeit der konkreten Anwendung im Volleyballsport zu geben. Bei den psychoregulativen Methoden der Selbstkontrolle wird nochmals zwischen Entspannungsmethoden (hierzu zahlen vor allem: Atmung, Biofeedbackverfahren, Progressive Muskelentspannung, Psychohygiene Training und die Aktiv-Therapie), kognitiven Verfahren zur Stressregulation (hier besonders die Techniken der Selbstgesprache, Selbstsuggestion und Affirmationen; Positives Denken; Gedankenstopp und Rationales Denken) und Zielsetzungen unterschieden. Die psychoregulativen Methoden zur Verbesserung der Technik beinhalten zum einen das Observative Training und zum anderen das Mentale Training. Hierbei werden auch beim Mentalen Training noch weitere folgende Techniken betrachtet: Verbales Training, Subvokales Training, und Ideomotorisches Training. Anhand dieser versuchten Systematisierung der diversen Psychoregulationstechniken werden anschlieend noch mogliche Anwendungsgebiete dieser Techniken im Volleyball genannt.
