Publisher's Synopsis
Camp comedy horror combining the surfer-era films of the 1960s with the 1970s slasher genre. On the sun-drenched beaches of Malibu, new girl misfit-on-the-block Florence 'Chicket' Forrest (Lauren Ambrose) is desperate to fit in with the board-toting hunks led by the taut and toned Kanaka (Thomas Gibson). Unfortunately for Florence, she soon discovers that she suffers from a personality disorder which allows one of her alter egos, Ann Bowman - a tough-as-nails, sexually aggressive predator - to emerge. Worse still, whenever Florence suffers one of her crazy blackouts, a few more of the beach boys turn up victims of a crazed murderer - could the two possibly be linked? Not that Chicklet's the only suspect - there's B-horror actress Bettina Barnes (Kimberley Davies), Swedish exchange student Lars (Matt Keeslar), and even Florence's dear old mum (Beth Broderick).
